The PTA at Otley All Saints CE Primary School organises a range of activities for both the children and parents throughout the year. Of course we hope to raise some money along the way that allows the school to provide extra resources for the children to enjoy!


Our biggest events are the Christmas and Summer Fair that raise a considerable amount of money thanks to the hard work from our parent helpers and teachers. Over the past few years, the fundraising work of the PTA has raised money to provide many fantastic resources including an activity trail, an outdoor classroom, a shelter, improved playground markings, updating our library book facilities, buying new furniture for the Reception class home corner and more recently buying the life saving defibrillator that has been installed at the school.

Also every year the PTA offset the cost of school trips with a donation equivalent to £5 per per pupil being available to teachers.

80 Days Trail

This summer Otley All Saints C.E Primary School PTA is running an “80 days trail” to run before and during the May half term holiday.   This year we are adapting the trail to make it a garden or window display – this can be a model or a picture or a scarecrow, the choice is yours!

Anyone can take part.  If you live reasonably near to school you can do a garden or window display for people to find. If you live further away but would still like to participate, there are a few neighbours and school that will happily house your creations!

This year’s theme is 80 DAYS AROUND THE WORLD – think countries, or base your display on the book or TV series. 

There will be prizes for displays and a prize for someone who has guessed all the creations correctly.  All entries need to be submitted by Friday 3rd May and displays should be on display from the morning of Saturday 18th May until the evening of Sunday 2nd June. Completed clue sheets need to be submitted to school by Friday 7th June.

PTA  Sponsored Cycle  

Our sponsored cycle event on behalf of PTA funds will take place on Friday 17th May, and is organised for us by Otley Cycle Club.  This will be held in the school hall on stationary bikes with adult support, so it is safe for all ages and abilities.  A sponsor form can be printed off below.  There will be different distances and bikes for different ages.   As for previous sponsored events we will have some small incentive gifts on offer to pupils who are able to bring in sponsor money.  Please help us if you can!
